Zephara Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates zephara.in (the "Site"), through which we sell Zephara smart BLDC fans and power system products. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop on the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy is drafted to be consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT Rules.

• Name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address when you place an order, create an account, or contact us
• Payment details processed through our payment gateway (we do not store full card numbers on our own servers)
• Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, contact forms, or phone
• Account credentials if you register on the Site

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on the Site, referring URL, and clickstream data
• Approximate location inferred from IP address
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

3. How we use your information

• To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
• To communicate with you about your order, account, or enquiries — including via WhatsApp and email
• To provide customer support, and to process replacement and warranty claims
• To improve the Site, our product catalogue, and the shopping experience

• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site (e.g. keeping items in your cart) and to understand how visitors use the Site:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and as required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations (typically up to 5 years after your last transaction). You may request earlier deletion of your account data, subject to Section 7 below.

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information, where we are not legally required to retain it
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including for direct marketing

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted checkout and access controls — to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
